Thank you for purchasing from Funguypiano! Please note that due to the nature of our digital products, all sales of sheet music, MIDI files, and MP3s are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been delivered, except in special circumstances outlined below. By completing your purchase, you agree to this refund policy.
Non-Refundable Products
Our products include digital downloads that cannot be returned once purchased. As such, the following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Sheet music (PDF format)
- MIDI files
- MP3 audio files
We encourage all customers to carefully review the product description and preview files before making a purchase to ensure the product meets their needs.
Exchanges
Because our products are delivered digitally, we do not accept exchanges. Please double-check your order to ensure you are purchasing the correct arrangement. Technical Issues
We strive to ensure a seamless experience when downloading and accessing your purchased files. However, if you experience technical difficulties with your purchase (e.g., unable to download files, corrupted files, etc.), please reach out to us at info@funguypiano.com as soon as possible. In your email, please provide your order details and a brief description of the issue you’re facing. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct files.
Special Circumstances for Refunds
While we have a strict no-refund policy for digital products, we do recognize that certain situations may warrant special consideration. If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, please contact us at info@funguypiano.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review your request and, at our sole discretion, decide whether a refund is warranted.
Special circumstances may include but are not limited to:
- Incorrect product delivered (e.g., wrong arrangement)
- Multiple accidental purchases of the same item
- Non-delivery of the purchased product (if files were never received or accessible)
Please note that refunds will not be issued for reasons such as a change of mind, accidental purchase without review of the product description, or dissatisfaction with the style of arrangement after download.
Processing Time for Approved Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you haven’t received the refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.
Sale Items
Please be aware that only regular-priced items may be eligible for refunds under special circumstances. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and delivered directly to you, any refund issued will be provided as store credit. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or was delivered to the purchaser to give to you, we will send any refund directly to the original purchaser.
